Location: 601 Avenue A Street, South Houston, Texas 77587

Time: 10am - 6pm

Set up: 8am - 10am

Non-refundable Fee: $50

Reserved Area

  • All spaces will be assigned.

  • All spaces area assigned on a first come, first serve basis.

  • All assigned spaces are 10 x 10. Anything larger will require additional space rental of $50. (will be collected on site)

  • Use of a 10 x 10 tent is permitted but not required.

  • Advertisement and decor are encouraged.

  • All decor and advertisement must be free standing and should not block other vendors.

Set-Up / Maintenance

  • Vendors can access the assigned area from 8am - 10am.

  • No late setups after 11am.

  • All vendors must supply their own equipment (i.e. extension cords, water hose, etc.)

  • Vendors must maintain their sites in a professional manner

  • Vendors will be responsible for cleaning their assigned area during and after the event.

Sales

  • Vendors are prohibited from selling alcohol, water, soda, juice and energy drinks.

  • Due to the sales of crawfish, no vendors will be allowed to sell seafood in any form.

By checking the box below this agreement, the vendor understands and agree to the above regulations requested by South Houston EMS Department. This agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties. There are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written concerning the subject matter of this agreement. South Houston EMS Department or their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen or damaged merchandise and / or any injury during the 9th Annual South Houston EMS All-You-Can-Eat Crawfish Event.
